Awakening Journeys
5-day Journey
Exploring The Sacred Masculine
This course will focus on the initiation into healthy masculinity. There is a great need for all men and women in today’s modern culture to re-awaken the wild masculine within themselves and transform it into the sacred king energy.
We explore this transformation through the story of “Iron John”, (1990) as told by Robert Bly.
This process will be supported by the various experiences on offer including breathwork, clay therapy and plant medicine journeys.
5-day Journey
Exploring The Sacred Feminine
With the development of dominant patriarchal societies over the centuries, the sacred feminine is, unfortunately, an archetype that has been subverted and repressed.
We will explore an aspect of the sacred feminine archetype through the story of Vasalisa, as told by Clarissa Pinkola Estés in her seminal book, “Women Who Run With the Wolves” (1992). The story of Vasalisa is an exceptionally potent way to explore and to trust the wisdom of intuition that resides in all of us, providing everyone with a powerful interior vision.
Later in the week we will also look at the Greek goddess’ and the influence these archetypes have in our lives.
This process will be supported by the various experiences on offer including breathwork, clay therapy and plant medicine journeys.
